Return & Refund Policy

We want every Doodle Monk order to bring a smile to your face. If something is not right, we will make it right — simply and quickly.

Our Return Promise

At Doodle Monk, every product is made with care and checked before it leaves our hands. However, we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help — no long forms, no unnecessary back-and-forth.

What Can Be Returned

  • Eligible for Return
  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product is significantly different from what was shown
  • Item is missing from your order

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Digital products and downloadable items

Return Window

You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.

How to Raise a Return Request

Step 1 — Email us at team.doodlemonk@gmail.com with subject line: "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"

Step 2 — Include a clear photo or short video of the damaged/incorrect item

Step 3 — Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with the next steps

Step 4 — Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to courier the item back (we cover the courier cost for defective items)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method — credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet, depending on how you paid.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when raising the request.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a defective or incorrect product for the same item or an item of equal value, subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel, write to us at team.doodlemonk@gmail.com immediately after placing your order with the subject: "Cancellation Request — [Order Number]". Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
