Shipping Policy
Every order is packed by hand with care — because we believe the experience of receiving a Doodle Monk package should feel as good as what is inside it.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather disruptions, or local public holidays. We will keep you informed via email and WhatsApp if there is any unusual delay with your order.
Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post depending on your location and the nature of the order. All shipments include end-to-end tracking.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across India. COD may not be available in certain remote pin codes. The COD option will appear automatically at checkout if your pin code is serviceable. A COD handling charge of ₹40 may apply on COD orders below ₹499.
Bulk and Corporate Orders
For bulk orders of 50 units or more, shipping is complimentary across India. Delivery timelines for bulk orders are 5–7 working days after order confirmation and payment. For time-sensitive corporate requirements, please mention your deadline when you write to us so we can plan accordingly.
International Shipping
Doodle Monk ships internationally to selected countries. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes as per the laws of the destination country. These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. Doodle Monk is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows in accordance with, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will raise a claim with the courier and resolve it within 5–7 working days. For lost shipments confirmed by the courier, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
